What Is Your Return Policy?

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return unused and unwashed items within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit.

How Do I Handle Returns?

Return shipping is not covered unless a return shipping label is requested for a $25 flat rate, available only to customers in the continental USA. Items must be in their original saleable condition.

How Do I Initiate a Return or Exchange?

How Quickly Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we process your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. It typically takes up to 15 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
